HOW TO ENTER: A new "eSweeps" sweepstakes begins on the 15th of every month at 12:01 a.m. eastern standard time, and ends on the 14th of the following month at 11:59 p.m. eastern standard time.  Prize drawings are held on the 15th of the month for the prior month's sweepstakes.  There is no purchase necessary to play.  Void where prohibited.  You may enter the eSweeps sweepstakes either by accessing the eSweeps Internet web site at: http://www.esweeps.com to register, or by following the directions for alternate means of entry set forth below.

ONLINE ENTRY: To enter online at http://www.esweeps.com you must register by supplying your first name, last name, e-mail address and certain personal, financial and demographic information.  Online entrant must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account provided when entry is made.  Upon entering your information select the "I Agree to Play" button to become eligible to play. Upon becoming a registered player, you receive one (1) free game play per drawing.  You will then be shown a Game Card. Your Game Card will be displayed in the browser window.  You will then check five (5) numbers from 1 through 25 and one (1) letter from the word "e-S-w-e-e-p-s" (NOTE: Each duplicated letter is a different selection) on the Game Card. You may also provide information regarding your interests and hobbies at this time.  You can then click on the "I want to Play!" button, which automatically enters you in the drawing.

PRIZE AWARDING: By acceptance of a prize, where lawful, winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, picture, and/or sobriquet without further consideration for advertising or promotional purposes. Prize winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where lawful publicity release within 21 days of notification. Non-compliance, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of prize. Entries by postal mail must be received three (3) days prior to drawing. Limit one entry per person per drawing. Each entry must be mailed in a separately stamped envelope. Only winners will be notified by electronic mail, or regular postal mail. No photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles allowed. Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage due mail.

ELIGIBILITY: The Game is open to legal United States residents 18 years of age and older. Limit one entry per person per drawing. Employees and directors of Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation, participating sponsors, information providers, sysops, gameops, software developers, content providers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) are ineligible. By participating you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects.  This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws of the United States.  Void where prohibited.  Winners agree that Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation, its affiliates, and their agencies shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.                   

PRIZES:
Grand Prize: If your Game Card contains a complete match to the combination randomly chosen at the next drawing you win he Grand Prize described below.  The odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 12,000,000. In the event more than one Game Card  contains a complete match to the combination randomly chosen, the Grand Prize will be divided equally among all winners.

Second Prize: Five entrants will be randomly chosen from all entries received for each monthly sweepstakes to receive the Second Prize described below.  The odds of winning the Second Prize depends upon the number of all eligible entries received.

An independent accounting firm whose decisions are final on matters relating to the sweepstakes offered at www.esweeps.com shall be the judge of all sweepstakes drawings.  Winners will be notified by e-mail or postal mail, depending on their method of entry.  Grand Prize winners will each be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return them, properly executed, within 14 days of notification.  Failure to return documents as specified, or if a prize notification is undeliverable, will result in the entry being disqualified and an alternative combination will be randomly chosen for the Grand Prize, and an alternative entry will be randomly chosen for the Second Prize.  Any prize awarded must be claimed within thirty (30) days or an alternative combination or entry will be selected.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:  Eligible entrants must enter via either the write-in or online methods as described.  Incomplete entries are void.  By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements.  All entries become the property of Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation.  Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons suspected of tampering with eSweeps , playing eSweeps with a "non-human device," running "electronic scripts" to play the Game,
or having more than one account will be disqualified. If disqualified, Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation reserves the right to suspend and terminate players eligibility to participate for any of the above abuses. In the event that eSweeps is compromised by a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation, which corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of eSweeps, Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or  terminate the sweepstakes.  Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated entry period, notice will be posted at

Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation or its sponsors or agents. Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation  is not responsible for any Game Card which is generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure or is tampered with or subject to any non-authorized human intervention. Electronic Sweepstakes Corporation sole responsibility for any irregular Game Card is replacement with another Game Card, for the next drawing.
